On a recent visit to the Int Bike Show at Shanghai in April I saw several uncared for E Bikes and Scooters on the Road and amazingly most of them actually worked!!

More Uncared for E Bikes in China
On a recent visit to the Int Bike Show at Shanghai in April I saw several uncared for E Bikes and Scooters on the Road and amazingly most of them actually worked!!
